Quotes I like

"Be brave enough to live creatively. The creative is the
place where no one else has ever been. You have to
leave the city of your comfort and go into the
wilderness of your intuition. You can't get there by
bus, only by hard work, risking, and by not quite
knowing what you're doing. What you'll discover will be
wonderful: yourself."
--Alan Alda

“Music expresses that which can not be said and on which it is impossible to be silent” - Victor Hugo

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. "

"When you walk to the edge of all the light you have and take that first step into the darkness of the unknown, you must believe that one of two things will happen: there will be something solid for you to stand upon, or, you will be taught how to fly"
— Patrick Overton
"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.

"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right forget those who don't. And believe that EVERYTHING happens for a reason. If you get the chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

""The woman came out of a man's rib. Not from his feet to be walked on. Not from his head to be superior, But from the side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved"

""Throughout life people will make you mad, disrespect you and treat you bad. Let God deal with the things they do, cause hate in your heart will consume you too. " Will Smith

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference"

"If you realize that all things change, there is nothing you will try to hold on to. If you are not afraid of dying, there is nothing you cannot achieve." - Lao Tzu

"There will come a time when you lose everything and believe everything is finished - That will be the beginning."

The Death Of Osama Bin Laden

I viewed the recent announcement of Osama Bin Laden’s death with solemn sobriety. First and foremost I do not believe Osama Bin Laden was killed this past Sunday. I believe he died years ago. Our government needed the public to believe Osama Bin Laden was alive as a way to perpetuate fear and generate support for war. Then at an expedient time our government decided to announce his death: right before Obama’s re-election campaign and as support for the endless unjustifiable wars in the middle east was waning. His “death” was used to legitimize ten years of terror committed by the United States military in the Middle East.

Here is a BBC report of Benazir Bhutto who was murdered shortly after revealing what I believe to be the actual death of Osama Bin Laden. Link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnychOXj9Tg

Russia today did a story on the links of Osama Bin Laden to western intelligence. Link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hi2Mphoaaos

However the point is not whether Osama Bin Laden died this past Sunday. The point is what does this mean for our country? Like the character Emmanuel Goldstein from Orwell's prophetic book "1984", Osama is to be viewed as the perpetual enemy of the people. The man we must give up our liberties because of; the man who is a danger to us all. While Osama Bin Laden is of course a real person and not a fictional character, our government has turned him into more of an idea than a man. He is an enigma; he is the face of terror, a universal boogie man we are to all fear as we go to sleep at night.

Over one million Iraqis have been killed in our “war on terror” (90% civilians), $1188263000000 has been spent in the middle east, money that we DO NOT HAVE. We have destroyed our reputation worldwide and created more enemies and potential threats to our nation. In response to the death of 3,000 Americans on 9/11, we have allowed our government to kill over one million Iraqis, thousands of our own troops, and strip away our freedoms. Does this even make sense?

Since September 11th 2001, we have allowed our government to strip away our rights piece by piece from sexual assault and molestation as protocol by TSA at airports, to the enactment of the patriot act which is a heinous violation of our right to privacy. We have given up all these rights in the name of “security” against terror. We are told to fear Osama Bin Laden, his spread of death and his spread of “Sharia law”. We are told to fear Osama because he represents a threat to our “freedom and liberty." Yet it is our own government stripping away our freedoms here at home, with our consent; it is our military spreading death.

Could you imagine how infuriated we would be if another country tried to occupy our land and tell us how to live? Can you imagine our outrage if even ONE of these civilian deaths, or rapes had happened on our own soil?

We have rejected the just war theory of Christianity, we have forgotten to do unto others as we would have them do unto us. The occupation, the terror, and the death that the United States has spread to countless countries in OUR NAME will come back upon us. It is our solemn duty to speak out against these atrocities because they have been committed in our name, and how dare anyone criticize war resisters for speaking out against these crimes against humanity.

What has the supposed death of Osama Bin Laden accomplished? Are we any safer as a nation because of it? No. Mainstream articles already predict blowback from the announcement of Osama’s death. There is legitimate concern of another attack on our soil, be it from an outside threat from one of the multiple enemies we have obtained due to our heinous foreign policy or via a “false flag operation.” See link here: http://www.dnaindia.com/world/report_nuclear-hellstorm-if-osama-bin-laden-is-caught-or-killed-al-qaeda_1535969

It is all too easy for our government to stage an attack on American soil, via a “false flag operation” in order to increase security (which gains money for the security companies) and as a way to garner support for more war, (which profits the war profiteers such as Halliburton) This may sound far fetched because it is a topic so untouched by the mainstream media, but the very real threat of false flag terror is something we see over and over again throughout history, be it Hitler’s attack on Reichstag to gain support for war in 1933, or the 1917 sinking of the Lusitania. The formula is summed up in the following statement by Herman Goering:

"Why, of course, the people don't want war... But it is always a simple matter to drag the people along... That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."- Herman Goering

War profiteers care nothing about human life, they care nothing about the death of those overseas or the death of our own soildiers. Halliburton's only concern is to make a profit, meanwhile they are poisoning US troop's water supply, and exposing them to dangerous contamination. (link here) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chXjCtkymRQ&feature=related

While anti-war protestors are given the label of “hating the troops”, such a claim has no foundation other than demagoguery. it is actually the ruling class, those who profit from war that hate our troops.

Henry Kissinger himself claimed “Military men are just dumb stupid animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy.” Do you honestly think he is looking out for the best interest of those who serve in our military? Do you think such a disgusting person actually values human life at all?

You do not maintain liberty through perpetuation of war. The restoration of liberty will not occur with the killing of an outside enemy. The answer lies within us, the American people. We can not be free until we prove we are above manipulation. The wars will not end, the stripping of liberties will not end, the death of millions overseas will not end, until The American people wake up and realize you maintain liberty by protecting those liberties, not by giving them up in the name of protection.
